Dr Sohail Bacha is a caring and experienced General Practitioner who has been working within the Australian healthcare system since 2022. He has gained broad clinical experience across both hospital and general practice settings, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
Before becoming a GP, Dr Bacha worked in Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Surgery, and Mental Health. This diverse background enables him to provide holistic, evidence-based care while supporting patients with both acute and ongoing health concerns.
Dr Bacha has a special interest in chronic disease management, general medicine, paediatrics, and mental health. He is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care that is tailored to each individual’s needs and focused on achieving the best possible health outcomes.
Prior to relocating to metropolitan Melbourne, Dr Bacha practised as a General Practitioner in regional Gippsland, where he developed a strong appreciation for continuity of care and building long-term relationships with patients and families.
